What We Do
Moving is expensive. For someone on a fixed income, it can be impossible. We provide the muscle โ completely free โ so no one gets left behind in a place they can't stay.
๐ฆ
Heavy Lifting
Furniture, appliances, boxes โ our volunteers do the heavy lifting so you don't have to. Labor is 100% free.
๐
Loading & Unloading
Whether you have a U-Haul, a friend's truck, or a caseworker-arranged vehicle, we'll load and unload it for you.
๐
Housing Transitions
Seniors downsizing, families relocating, individuals escaping hardship โ we help people move with dignity.
How It Works
Simple, fast, and completely free. Here's what happens from request to move day.
1
Submit a Request
Fill out our quick form. Tell us where you're moving, what you need moved, and when. Takes 3 minutes.
2
We Match Volunteers
We connect you with local volunteers โ gym athletes and community members who want to help.
3
You Provide the Truck
We provide the labor. You arrange the vehicle (U-Haul, borrowed truck, or caseworker-arranged transport).
4
Move Day
Our team shows up, does the heavy lifting, and gets you settled. No charge. No catch. Just neighbors helping neighbors.
Who We Help
We serve low-income individuals and families who can't afford professional movers. You don't need to prove your income to us โ we operate on trust and community good faith.
๐ด
Seniors (65+)
Downsizing, moving to assisted living, or relocating to be closer to family. We handle the heavy stuff with care and respect.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ง
Families in Transition
Single parents, families on housing vouchers, anyone going through a housing change who needs an extra set of hands.
โฟ
Individuals with Disabilities
If physical limitations make moving impossible, our volunteers step in so you can focus on the transition, not the lifting.
Referred by a caseworker or agency?
We work closely with social service agencies, housing authorities, and senior service organizations. If you're a caseworker, you can submit a request on behalf of your client โ just select "Caseworker / Agency Referral" on the form.

It started simply. I was driving down the street for work, and I saw a gentleman with a U-Haul. In my line of work, I talk to people driving U-Hauls โ usually about internet setup โ but I always ask if they need a hand carrying anything. Not because I have to. Because I like to. There's something about lifting heavy things, helping someone through a stressful moment, that just feels right. It's stress relief for me, too.
So I helped with that one project. And they were so thankful โ genuinely, deeply thankful โ that it stuck with me. I thought: I don't see any reason why I can't use my abilities to help people in a much bigger way.
"Why not scale something unbelievable like this and utilize the local muscle?"
I've been in direct sales and customer service for years. I know how to build things, how to scale things, how to talk to people. And I started thinking about all the people in my community โ the gym athletes, the CrossFit regulars, the guys and girls who are strong and capable and might not realize how much that strength could mean to someone who can't afford to hire movers.
These people deserve more recognition than just being seen in public here and there with their muscle. They deserve a shirt that says they do something good with it. A badge they can put on their resume. Proof that they showed up for someone who needed them.
So that's Project Carry USA. We started in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire โ Keene, Peterborough, and the surrounding communities. But the vision is nationwide. Every state. Every city. Every community where there are people who need muscle and people who are willing to give theirs.
If you need help moving, we'll do everything we can to get you moved โ for free. If you have muscle, we'll put it to good use. And if you want to support us โ as a partner, a donor, or a volunteer โ we'd love to have you.

Our Vision
A nationwide network of volunteer movers, organized by region, powered by local gyms and community members, available to anyone who can't afford professional moving help.
๐
Regional Networks
Each region operates with its own team of volunteers, team leads, and project managers โ coordinated through a central platform.
๐๏ธ
Gym Partnerships
When a request comes in from a new area, we reach out to local gyms and fitness centers to recruit volunteers who want to use their strength for good.
๐
Scalable Model
As requests grow in a region, we build out the local network โ team leads, project managers, admin support โ until it's a self-sustaining chapter.
What We Believe
๐ค
Trust Over Paperwork
We don't ask for proof of income. We operate on trust and community good faith. If you say you need help, we believe you.
๐ช
Strength Has Purpose
Being strong isn't just about the gym. It's about what you do with it. We give people a way to use their physical ability to change lives.
๐
Dignity in Every Move
Moving is stressful for everyone. For someone who can't afford help, it can be overwhelming. We show up with respect, care, and zero judgment.
๐
Built to Scale
We're not just a local charity. We're building a model that can work in any community, in any state, anywhere there are people who need help and people willing to give it.
